I feel like it's a great store as long as the products you purchase are not faulty.With that being said I had purchased both and LG washer and dryer including a 3yr warranty there months ago and within the first week I had issues with my washer draining properly.They refuse to honor my warranty or replace my product and told after 48hrs it's LG's problem.I got in touch with management was told by management that isn't correct and he would look into it and give me a call back that I never received.Mind you this has been going on for months now and in total I spent $1,800 for a washer,dryer set,and warranty that isn't being honored no matter how many times I have it serviced by to no prevail with evidence of it's issues just to be told there is nothing wrong with it when there clearly is.I will be filing a complaint with the BBB if I don't hear from management by Monday when I was told that store manager would be returning after being pushed off by staff once again.

Kurt went above and beyond helping solve the difficult task of what fasteners I needed for my project. He helped me understand and find exactly what I needed to get the job done. Very satisfied customer and great service provided!

We had bought a fridge and had it delivered last week, it had a paint chip. We went into the store and worked with Joanne who called the warehouse for us and set up the pickup and return of the fridge. She was fast and very kind! Glad she was available to help us out!

I went to Home Depot tonight on leavitt road in Lorain Ohio to get power tools, several bags of dirt, mulch, garden tools etc. we walked into the garden center and it was like a horror show. Dead birds hanging from nets down every aisle. Some still alive and struggling. It was heartbreaking and disgusting. There were dozens of them just hanging. We walked right back out. Home Depot lost out on hundreds of dollars worth of sales from us and we will never go back. What kind of company thinks it’s okay to let animals suffer let alone right in your customers faces. You put your products outside, do you think animals know any better?

This is my son’s favorite store. This store does a great job trying to be part of the community. We come here every month for their kid workshops, and they often have extra stuff for the kids also like a visit from a local fire truck. The staff who help run the kid workshops are always very nice and friendly. As a customer I’ve also had positive experiences here. Staff have been helpful in finding items and when I had to do a return in the past it was easy and they didn’t give me any hassle. They always have a decent selection of items.
